Mr. Carlos Medeiros Silva Neto holds a degree in Finance from New York University and a post-graduate degree from Harvard Business School. Luiz Quinta is an electrical engineer and has a postgraduate degree in business administration from IBMEC – Rio de Janeiro in 2001 and in business management from FGV – Rio de Janeiro with an extension course at the University of California – Irvine.
